adopted by the informal meeting of the Council of Ministers in Leipzig on 24 May 2007.
Two key aspects:
- Making greater use of integrated urban development policy approaches
The involvement of economic actors, stakeholders and the general public is essential. - That special attention is paid to deprived neighborhoods within the context of the city as a whole.
Active involvement of the residents and a better dialogue between the political representatives, the residents and the economic actors is essential to find the best solution for each deprived urban area.
